The ECE department was started in the year 1998
with an intake of 40 and it is increased to 120 subsequently.
The Department is accredited by NBA.
The Department is headed by Prof B. Abdul Rahim - He is
having vast experience of Industry as well as Academics. He
presented several papers in International and National Conference.
The Department has well Qualified & Experienced faculty. The
Department is actively involved in conducting Conferences,
Symposia's and Workshops. The Department is having MOU with
Industries like Emware Technologies, Hyderabad to improve the
students stands and make them industry ready. The Department has
well equipped labs, which meet the standards specified by the
JNTU Anantapur.
The Department started M.Tech program ( Digital Electronics &
Communication Systems) in 2004 and during the year 2006 another
two M.Tech programs (VLSI System Design and Embedded Systems)
were started
The Department is motivated not only by its alumni and
philanthropist but also guests from academics & Industry. |
