AITS signs MoU with University of Miskolc, Hungary, for academic collaboration

Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences Rajampet signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Miskolc, Hungary, for a period of five years for “academic and research collaboration”.

The MoU was signed between Prof. S. M. V. Narayana, Principal, AITS Rajampet and University of Miskolc Rector Prof. Dr. Zita Horvath in a meeting held online.

In particular, the exchange of faculty/staff and students will take place, as will the provision of hands-on experience to students from Ladakh in various modern technologies available in various wings of both institutions in order to broaden their knowledge horizon. Inter-university student and faculty exchanges will also be "encouraged" and "facilitated" under the terms of the agreement, with the goal of facilitating learning through academic interactions and programmes conducted both offline and online.

The University of Miskolc's Rector Prof. Dr. Zita Horvath stated, "The University of Miskolc is enthusiastic about sharing its knowledge with other universities to play a catalyst role in their transformation and growth. It is hoped that the numerous points of divergence between the two universities, ranging from their physical locations to their socio-cultural environments, will provide a fertile setting for innovative thinking and learning."

A statement from Sri C. Gangi Reddy, Founder of the Annamacharya Group of Institutions stated that the "MoU is in accordance with the National Education Policy 2020," which stipulated that a higher educational institute (HEI) was responsible for "assistance to other HEIs in their development, participation in community service and service to the community, contribution to various fields of practise, faculty development, and so on."

AITS signs MoU with IRAQI Forum for intellectuals & Academics, Turkey

Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences Rajampet signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IRAQI Forum for intellectuals & Academics, Turkey, for a period of five years for “research collaboration”.

The MoU was signed between Sri Choppa Gangi Reddy, Founder and Hon’ Secretary, Annamacharya Educational Trust, Rajampet and IRAQI Forum for intellectuals & Academics, Turkey, Secretary General Prof. Dhaif Allah Abdul Majeed in a meeting held online.

In particular, the exchange of faculty/staff will take place and joint proposals, international grants, academic and industrial projects and research activities, to conduct joint conferences, seminars and exhibitions and to extend industrial collaboration with national and international companies.

Memorandum of Understanding between AITS Rajampet and Lincoln University College Malaysia

AITS Rajampet has signed an international memorandum of understanding with Lincoln University College Malaysia on 24th December 2021. Lincoln University College Malaysia is a member of AIU (Association of Indian Universities), ACU (Association of Commonwealth Universities – London), IAU (International Association of Universities UNESCO-Paris)

The MoU was signed by Prof. S. M. V. Narayana, Principal, Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Rajampet on behalf of AITS Rajampet and Dr.AmiyaBhaumik, President of Lincoln University College approved by the Ministry of Higher Education.

This agreement will facilitate joint activities between the two parties, including supervision, collaborative research, faculty capacity building skill workshops and joint exchange programs for its students and staff.

Memorandum of Understanding between AITS Rajampet and University of North Sumatra

Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences Rajampet has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the University of Sumatera Utara Indonesia.

The Memorandum of Understanding aims to promote education and academic exchanges between the two institutions. The MoU intends to establish a mutually beneficial relationship built on scientific and cultural cooperation between two institutions.

The MOU was signed in an online meeting on 28th December 2021. Prof. S. M. V. Narayna, Principal, AITS Rajampet and Dr.Muryanto Amin, Rector of the University of Sumatera Utara, signed the MoU on behalf of the institutions.

On the occasion, Prof. S. M. V. Narayana termed this agreement a very concrete step towards promotion of education and academic exchanges between two institutions.

Areas of cooperation between AITS Rajampet and USU include development of mutually beneficial academic and training programs, exchange of faculty and staff for purposes of teaching and research, reciprocal assistance for visiting academic faculty, staff and students, coordination of such activities as joint research and transfer of technology, and exchange of information and research materials in fields of mutual interests.

AITS Rajampet inked aMoU with German Universities as part of Indo-German Research Presence

Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Rajampet, inked anMoU with European Education and Research Council (GEMS) and Steinbeis Institute of Sustainable Resource Usage & Energy Management (nReEn) to establish and develop a bilateral research centre in India named “Centre for Excellence for Innovation and Technology Management for Indo-German Research Presence”. The centre of excellence is a part of the Indo-Euro Synchronization for initiating, strengthening and supporting of partnerships between German and Indian Organization in the form of Research and Development Projects, technology transfer, and industry related study and training programmes.

This MoU aims at building up a network of companies, research institutes and Universities for creation of research activities between India and Germany. Also, the agreement makes it possible for students to study engineering courses via distance learning.

Industry related management courses through interactive web-based training/webinars, and M.B.A/M.Sc. programs will be implemented with Stenbeis Philosophy of project integrated studies. Steinbeis Institute of Sustainable Resource Usage & Energy Management activates a network for establishing German industries in India and develops business models with Indian partners.

GC German Center for Engineering and Management Studies (GEMS) will be coordinating the centres of excellence by implementing specific courses in mechatronics.

Mr.Abhishek said, “AITS Rajampet closely works together with GC German Center for Engineering and Management Studies (GEMS), Aachen, and Steinbeis Institute of Sustainable Resource Usage & Energy Management and provides infrastructure for research, allowing to share existing labs and actively supporting the preparation of research proposals.”

AITS Rajampet signed an Memorandum of Understanding with GC German Center for Engineering and Management Studies and European Center for Mechatronics

Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Autonomous) Rajampet, executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GC German Center for Engineering and Management Studies (GEMS), Aachen and European center for Mechatronics APS GmbH (ECM APS), Aachen in Germany. As part of this MoU, GEMS and ECMAPS collaborate with AITS Rajampet to establish the European Center for Mechatronics and Manufacturing and Advanced Robotic Control Lab on its campus.

Sri Abhishek, Executive Director and Treasurer, disclosed in the press meet that AITS, GEMS and ECMAPS shall work together for dissemination of knowledge on advanced technologies in Robotics and Manufacturing industry.

The MoU gives AITS an opportunity for exchange of researchers and students and for establishing a research centre for transnational research projects between Germany and AITS Rajampet. GEMS and ECM APS shall invite two faculty members from AITS Rajampet to Germany and offer student training in Mechatronics and Manufacturing Courses. An Advisory Board will be constituted with members from AITS and GEMS, ECM APS to keep up with the rapidly changing trends in Mechatronics and Manufacturing area and review the progress of the collaboration activities.
